Shipping Policy
Complimentary standard shipping for all online orders.
We currently only accept orders within United States. Merchandise is located at our Boulder headquarters and will be shipped within 48-72 hours during normal store business hours. Purchases made outside of store business hours may require additional processing time.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email/call we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
